Meet Chef Omar

Liban Bites is led by Chef Omar, whose 30-plus years in the kitchen shape every dish we serve. His cooking follows the traditions of the Lebanese kitchen: generous mezze, carefully marinated meats, charcoal-grilled favourites and recipes prepared properly, without shortcuts.

What Homemade Means Here

Homemade is not a slogan at Liban Bites. Falafel is mixed fresh, vegetables are prepared daily, mezze is made in-house and meats are seasoned and marinated before they reach the charcoal grill. Every meat dish is halal, portions are generous, and the kitchen relies on proper preparation rather than shortcuts. That is the standard Chef Omar has carried through more than 30 years of cooking.
